In the Stillness and in the Silence with the Heavenly Spirit Meditation

As we take a deep breath in, and we let it out, and we take another deep cleansing breath in, and we let it out. The breathing in and the letting out of all the pure air of Spirit, allows us to feel the stillness, and embrace the silence at this time. The stillness provides us with an opportunity to walk on this path together with the Heavenly Spirit.

Walking on this path together, we are engulfed with the loving loving prayers that each meditation period provides; and sitting in the stillness with the Heavenly Spirit allows us to feel the warmth, and the love that the Heavenly Spirit has for all of us. At any given time we can be loved, we can be blessed, and we can be protected, by sitting in the stillness and the silence with the Heavenly Spirit.

As we continue to walk this path together, the stillness brings to our minds a beautiful beautiful flower, that is covered with rain drops and dew mist of the pure morning air, kissing the flower with the touch of the everlasting amazement that God is here. And as we continue to see this flower each petal has been touched by the love of the Heavenly Spirit, and each dew drop holds a blessing of love for us all. In the stillness, in the silence we are embraced with the love of the Heavenly Spirit.

In the stillness, in the silence, we are embraced with the love of the Heavenly Spirit; and as we go into this moment of sheer bliss in the silence, we will affirm to ourselves silently these words, “in the loving arms of the Heavenly Spirit, we are protected, we are loved, and we are blessed. We affirm again silently, “in the loving arms of the Heavenly Spirit, we are protected, we are loved, and we are blessed, in the loving arms of the Heavenly Spirit”, as we go into the silence.

Silence…..

Yes, in the stillness, and in the silence; this period of time in meditation that we spend in silence with the Heavenly Spirit, is what refreshes, it is what rejuvenates, and it is what replenishes, our souls. Always remember that your period in the stillness, and in the silence, with the Heavenly Spirit allows you to be replenished, allows you to be rejuvenated, and it allows you to be refreshed, and so it is. Amen and amen
